Reports Q4 adjusted OIBDA decreased 76% to $77M. Reports Q4 operaing income $25M. Note that on January 11 Liberty Media (LMCA) was spun-off from Starz (STRZA). The financials as of December 31, 2012 include the financial results of Starz, the company said, adding it will present Starz as discontinued operations when reporting results in Q1.
