(POWR) for approximately $1.9M in cash. PowerSecure also will assume approximately $9.9M of net liabilities related to existing projects, resulting in an effective purchase price of approximately $11.8M. | |

The new IOU contract represents an increase of approximately 50% over last year’s work levels. In addition, the new business awards include approximately $18M of new distributed generation business, approximately $4M of additional new UI business, and approximately $4M in new energy efficiency sales. | |
