LabCorp VP of Investor Relations Steve Anderson said, "Our guidance encompasses a wide range of potential outcomes and we are just beginning 2013. We continue to note that the diluted share counts in analyst estimates differ considerably from our own and from each other. In reviewing these forecasts, we note that the average share count across sell side models implies a 17c benefit in 2013 from share repurchase. As we stated in our press release this morning, our guidance excludes the impact of share repurchase effective after December 31st, 2012." | |
