Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (LH) announced the availability of Thermo Scientific ImmunoCAP allergy testing products from Thermo Fisher Scientific (TMO). The agreement provides LabCorp with access to Thermo Fisher’s ImmunoCAP allergy testing portfolio of more than 600 allergens and 100 allergen components.

LabCorp announced that Deborah Keller will succeed Joseph Herring as CEO of Covance Drug Development. Herring will retire on July 31 after more than a decade as CEO. Keller joined Covance in 1987 and has held senior leadership roles in global operations, quality assurance, and marketing over her tenure. Most recently she served as Executive Vice President, Covance and Group President, R&D Laboratories, where she led the combined central laboratory and early development laboratory organizations of more than 6,000 employees at 18 facilities across the globe.

In a regulatory filing, Thermo Fisher disclosed that Peter Wilver will not be retiring from the company in March 2016 as previously reported. The board elected Wilver, currently SVP and CFO, to EVP and Chief Administrative Officer, effective August 1, 2015. Stephen Williamson, currently Vice President, Financial Operations, will succeed Wilver as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on August 1, 2015 as previously reported.
