Charter Medical, a Lydall (LDL) subsidiary, announced that it has established a strategic partnership with CELLution Biotech B.V. Charter Medical will be the exclusive distributor of the CELL-tainer products as well as exclusive producer and supplier of Charter Medical's single-use bags utilized in conjunction with CELLution's systems. Charter Medical will leverage its established customer relationships and strong network to sell these complementary products across North America and Europe. | |
