Says combination will create three similarly sized, competitive global network carriers. Says expects to maintain all existing hubs and service to all destinations following merger. Notes 130 cities served by American but not US Air, and 62 cities served by US Air bu not American. Says combined company will be owned 72% by AMR stakeholders and 28% by US Airways' stakeholders.
