07:04 EDTKTOSKratos Defense receives $14M national security program award
Kratos Defense announced that its Modular Systems Division, or KMSD, recently received an approximately $14M new contract award for secure, hardened and protected transportable facilities in support of a certain United States National Security program. KMSD, which will be performing the work under this program, is an industry leader in the design, engineering, manufacture, and integration of specialty modular systems and products that support mission critical United States National Security programs and those of our allies. KMSD products support leading technology and disruptive programs, including unmanned systems, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance platforms, radar and missile systems, the electromagnetic rail gun and chemical, biological, radiation, nuclear and explosive, or CBRNE, sensing programs. Under the new program award, Kratos will be providing specialized secure, protected and hardened transportable facilities, products and systems in support of a certain U.S. Government program. Work performed under this contract award will be performed at secure Kratos manufacturing facilities. Due to customer related and other considerations, no additional information will be provided related to this program.

07:03 EDTKTOSKratos Defense awarded contract by U.S. Army with potential value of $34.77M
Kratos Defense announced that its Micro Systems subsidiary of the Advanced Drone and Targets Systems, or ADTS, Division recently received a five-year contract from the U.S. Army valued at up to $34.77M for unmanned drone system command, control and communication systems, solutions and services. Under the new award, Kratos will be issued task orders to provide engineering and technical support to develop technology and system upgrades for U.S. Army unmanned ground, sea surface, and aerial drones and target vehicles, command, and communication system electronics and related ground control stations. This new single contract award has a one base year and four option year period of performance.
