Kite Realty Group Trust announced that it has acquired two shopping centers in Greenville, South Carolina. Shops at Plaza Green is a 194,000 square foot center that is 95% leased, acquired for a purchase price, exclusive of closing costs, of $28.8M. In addition, the company has recently acquired a Publix-anchored 68,000 square foot, 97% leased shopping center in Greenville, SC for a purchase price, exclusive of closing costs, of $9.1M. | |
