Says believes company can ultimately 150 locations in the Far East, including Greater China, Malaysia, Indonesia and Korea. In North America, says expects to continue double digit comp store sales growth. Says plans to open 40 stores in North America this FY, sees long-term potential for 400 stores in this region. Says on track to open 15 retail stores in Europe this year, can support 100 retail stores long-term. Says on track to open 10-15 locations in Japan this FY, says can ultimately support 100 retail locations. Says has entered into joint venture agreement with Exclusive Brands International to facilitate retail and wholesale expansion in Central and South America, as well as the Caribbean. Says views e-commerce as a multi-million dollar channel opportunity in the long-term; says working to bring North American e-commerce site in-house in February 2014. Sees gross margin increasing modestly over last year, sees Q4 gross margin seasonally lower than Q3 by "a couple hundred" basis points, sees FY13 CapEx approximately $130M.
