Coca-Cola Femsa CFO Hector Trevino told analysts that the entire beverage industry is experiencing reduced sales volumes of 5% to 7% this year for sweet drinks after a tax was imposed on consumers of one Mexican peso, or eight U.S. cents, per liter beginning in January, reports the Wall Street Journal.
