09:02 EDTBX, KKRKKR to acquire Alliant Insurance Services from Blackstone
Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) announced an agreement to acquire Alliant Insurance Services, a specialty insurance brokerage firm, from Blackstone (BX). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The management team and employees of Alliant own approximately 45% of the company and will roll over a substantial portion of their investment in the company, KKR said.

Blackstone (BX) announced that private equity funds it manages have agreed to sell GCA Services Group to a consortium of the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs (GS) and Thomas H. Lee Partners. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2016.
