Kforce announced that the Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend on Kforce common stock of $1.00 per share, payable December 27 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 17. The aggregate amount of payment to be made in connection with this special dividend is expected to be approximately $35M. |
