KEYW announced that it has acquired Rsignia in an asset purchase. This strategic acquisition is closely related to Project G, KEYW's Cyber Awareness and Response platform, providing KEYW with a highly affordable and scalable solution for applications including monitoring and mitigating malicious internet packet activity, network monitoring and analysis, and forensics analysis. This transaction was completed on November 26. The financial terms of the purchase are not being disclosed. | |
