According to twitter postings from Fox Business' Charles Gasparino, Virtu will present Knight Capital (KCG) with an offer of "at least $3 a share" and is expected to file its official bid tomorrow. Gasparino cites sources, and adds that Virtu will argue its offer is superior to the one made by Getco on the basis of "real" Getco value depending on the value of the combined company.
