According to a source, JPMorgan has entered into an agreement to sell its commodities trading business to Mercuria Energy Group, an energy-trading company based in Switzerland, the Wall Street Journal reports. The assets were valued at $3.3B when the bank first opened its books to possible buyers. A deal could be completed this summer. Reference Link
