Lockhart referred to previous guidance from the Federal Open Market Committee, targeting a jobless rate approaching 6.5%, before any rate change implementation. Lockhart sees rates at current levels until mid-2015, says Dow Jones, citing Dennis Lockhart comments before a banking conference. |
