J.C. Penney bringing back sales, AP reports After ditching discounts last year, J.C. Penney (JCP) is planning to roll out some sales in order to lure back shoppers, reports the Associated Press reports. The retailer is also planning to add new price tags or signs to show customers how much they're saving.
