JBT Corporation announced that its JBT FoodTech business signed a contract in excess of $4M for a new fruit processing project with Almacenes de Jugos de Citricos de Mexico. JBT FoodTech will supply and integrate a turn-key fruit processing solution into a new Papantla, Veracruz, Mexico-based facility. The project is currently scheduled to be operational in the second quarter of 2013.

JBT announced that the Company has been awarded a contract valued at over $11M from a U.S.-based aviation ground services provider for the supply of Commander cargo loaders, Tempest aircraft deicing vehicles and Expediter towbarless tractors. The equipment will support the customer's business expansion at a major U.S. international airport. JBT anticipates delivery of the equipment to be completed by year-end 2014.

JBT Corporation announced that the company has received orders in excess of $5M for in-container sterilization technology from a packaged foods company. JBT will supply a comprehensive rebuild package that will transform and modernize the existing continuous hydrostatic sterilization technology and optimize the performance of the current equipment. This will increase the customer's production flexibility, efficiency and capacity. The company anticipates installing equipment starting in the second quarter of 2015, with systems operational by the third quarter of 2015.

JBT announced that its JBT AeroTech business has been awarded a contract exceeding $6M to supply gate equipment for the Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport Concourse T Optimization project. The order, placed by the Winter Johnson Group, includes Jetway passenger boarding bridges, JetAire preconditioned air units and Jetpower 400 Hz ground power devices. JBT AeroTech anticipates installing the equipment beginning in the Q3 with completion in late Q4.
