Alexander's outstanding shares, disclosed that it delivered a letter to the company's CFO and Secretary, R. Gregory Lewis, to be delivered to the independent directors of the company. In the letter, Privet Fund said it expressed their concerns regarding a discrepancy in the disclosure of executive compensation as filed in an amendment to the company’s Form 10-K on April 30.
