The board of Intevac announced that Kevin Fairbairn has resigned for personal reasons as the company's president and CEO and as a member of the board, effective immediately. The board also announced it has appointed Norm Pond as CEO. Pond, a founder and former CEO of the company, will also continue as chairman of the board. | |
