Itron and smart grid communications provider Tantalus have been selected for an initial deployment of smart meters and AMI infrastructure for South American utility Guyana Power and Light. Guyana’s deployment is the first international joint project between Tantalus and Itron since the two companies announced an alliance in late 2011. | |
