The firm keeps its Buy rating and $20 price target on Inteliquent.

Comcast (CMCSA) and Level 3 Communications (LVLT) announced they have reached a new multi-year, bilateral interconnection agreement as part of a multifaceted arrangement that will help both companies meet their customers’ needs into the next decade and beyond. "The new arrangement builds on the strong working relationship between Comcast and Level 3, and expands on the agreements already in place," said the two companies.

xG Technology (XGTI) announced that it has received an order for approximately $100,000 in xMax mobile broadband wireless equipment and services which will be deployed in a network to be initially installed in Escazu, Costa Rica, with plans to expand in other Latin American locations. The xMax equipment order was received from Itellum, one of four companies who have entered into a formal agreement to participate in the initial xMax deployment as well as expansion into other Latin American markets thereafter. The other partners include Level 3 (LVLT), Osmin Vargas Corporacion, and MB Technology Holdings. The xMax broadband wireless networking equipment will include compact, high-performance access points, fixed and mobile personal WiFi hotspot devices and mobile control switching centers.
