iPass announced that Wireless Analytics has become a partner, reselling iPass Open Mobile Enterprise, or OME, Service to its medium to large-size enterprise customers located through the Northeast United States. With this partnership, Wireless Analytics provides its customers, who have a large base of global traveling workforces, the ability to seamlessly connect to the internet and corporate network through more than 1.2M Wi-Fi access points around the world, including in-flight. iPass OME will be included in the Wireless Analytics "Mobile Management Made Easy" service portfolio and billing administrative support capabilities, making it extremely easy for customers to engage, perform and simplify departmental charge backs and manage their iPass services. The end result is a significant reduction in access costs, improved security and an improved user connection experience for Wireless Analytics' customers.

A group of iPass investors, led by Maguire Asset Management, Francis Capital Management, and Foxhill Opportunity Fund, who collectively own approximately 7.7% of iPass' shares outstanding, have combined to form "iPass Shareholders for Change" and will be seeking to reconstitute the iPass board of directors at the company's upcoming 2015 Annual Meeting, expected to be held in June. iPass Shareholders for Change has issued an open letter to iPass shareholders stating that certain of its members have attempted for many years to work constructively with the board to no avail. iPass Shareholders for Change expects to file preliminary proxy materials with the SEC for the election of five new director nominees at the 2015 Annual Meeting. iPass Shareholders for Change's director nominees are Richard A. Karp, Brent S. Morrison, Damien J. Park, Norman J. Rice, III and Kenneth H. Traub.
