A jury returned a verdict against ION in a patent infringement lawsuit filed against ION by WesternGeco L.L.C. in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. The shares are currently down near the lows of the day at $6.58, a 15.5% loss. Support is at $6.38. Resistance is at $6.66. |
