News Breaks | | | | October 16, 2012 | | 07:48 EDT |  | IOC | New InterOil offer may end LNG dispute with Papua New Guinea, DJ Newswires says A joint venture led by InterOil (IOC) called Liquid Niugini Gas has offered to overhaul the venture's ownership of the Elk and Antelope gas fields and secure a breakthrough in a dispute with Papua New Guinea to develop a major LNG project, according to the Wall Street Journal. Since the agreement was signed in 2009, the sides have clashed several times over the design of the venture.
