IDC reported yesterday after the close that PC sales had fallen the most in a quarter since it began gathering PC sales data in 1994. Barclays this morning downgraded the U.S. Semiconductor sector to Neutral. Intel (INTC) shares are down over 3% at time of writing, last at $21.57. At that price next support is at $21.14. Resistance is at $21.91.
