Shares of Insys Therapeutic (INSY) are falling after Cleveland Research indicated that its checks showed Express Scripts (ESRX) was looking to exclude Insys' Subsys from its list of covered drugs for 2015. Express Scripts is a pharmacy benefits manager. Subsys is intended to provide pain relief for cancer patients. In mid-afternoon trading, Insys tumbled 8% to $27.68.
