Ingram Micro completes Brightpoint deal, sees 18c of accretion in 2013 Ingram Micro (IM) announced that it has completed its acquisition of Brightpoint (CELL) for $9.00 per share in cash. Ingram Micro expects to realize annual cost synergies and efficiencies in excess of $55M by 2014, and the acquisition is expected to be accretive to earnings per share by 18c in 2013 and 35c in 2014, excluding one-time charges and integration costs.
