InterDigital wins appeal to overturn ITC ruling in LG probe The U.S. court of appeals for the federal circuit ruled that the International Trade Commission erred in terminating an investigation of LG in favor of arbitration on the basis of a prior patent license agreement between InterDigital and LG. The appeals court reversed the ITC’s order terminating the investigation as to LG and sent the case back to the ITC for further proceedings. Shares of InterDigital rose 1% to $46.50 following the court ruling. Reference Link
