InterDigital’s board of directors declared a special cash dividend of $1.50 per share on its common stock on December 2. The dividend is payable on December 28 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 17. The board also approved its regular quarterly dividend of 10c per share, which will be paid on December 28. | |

"Our revenue guidance for Q2 includes approximately $43.5M related to current patent royalties and approximately $24M-$30.5M related to past sales, nearly all of which relates to the approximately $30M that we received pursuant to the favorable arbitration decision involving Pegatron Corporation announced on April 25," said Richard J.
