07:05 EDTICFIICF International awarded $50M contract from U.S. ARL
ICF International has been awarded a re-compete contract from the U.S. Army Research Laboratory to provide cyber network defense research and services. The contract has a value of approximately $50M and a term of three years. Under this contract, ICF will provide analytical and engineering services in core areas of computer network defense, including protect and sustainment services and system engineering/development support. ARL developed this program to capture and use large quantities of real-time data to validate research into new methodologies and tools to combat threats to the U.S.'s critical infrastructure in order to provide world-class service to the U.S. Army and the U.S. Department of Defense communities. This contract was procured through Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 3, a U.S. government-wide acquisition contract vehicle under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health.

07:04 EDTICFIICF International wins re-complete agreement with $18M value
ICF International has won a re-compete agreement, as part of a consortium led by the Carolina Population Center at the University of North Carolina, to support the U.S. Agency for International Development MEASURE Evaluation Phase IV program. The agreement has a value to ICF of $18M and a term of 5 years. Through this program, USAIDís goal is to strengthen health information systems in developing countries in order to generate health information that is used for decision making at the local, national and global levels. ICF will work in the areas of strengthening national capacity to manage health information systems, strengthening local capacity to monitor and evaluate malaria and other health programs, and incorporating information and communication technology in these efforts. ICF also will provide leadership of the projectís Community Health and Civil Society Engagement Team, and coordinate the programís ehealth efforts. This agreement has a value of $8.2M over five years.

07:02 EDTICFIICF International wins $100M BPA from NIH
ICF International has been awarded a single-award blanket purchase agreement from the National Institutes of Health to support biomedical and clinical information services. The BPA, a re-compete contract, has a ceiling of $100M and a term of five years. Under this agreement, ICF will continue to provide support for biomedical, health, and disaster information management services, such as data collection and analysis, information dissemination, and outreach initiatives for multiple NIH Institutes and Centers, including the National Library of Medicine, the National Cancer Institute, the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute, the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences, and other NIH partner agencies within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In addition, the company will support key programs related to HIV/AIDS, genetics, cancer, rare diseases, clinical trials, and other federal health initiatives.
