ICE and NYSE Euronext have established a closing date of November 4 for their previously announced transaction. The November 4 closing date is predicated upon the receipt by IntercontinentalExchange and NYSE Euronext of remaining European regulatory approvals prior to such date, and may be extended to a later date by further public announcement should any necessary approvals remain outstanding at such date.

NYSE Euronext announced trading volumes for its global derivatives and cash equities exchanges for November 20131. Global derivatives average daily volume of 6.6 million contracts, excluding Bclear in November 2013 increased 1.6% compared to November 2012 and increased 1.7% from October 2013. U.S. equity options volumes in November 2013 decreased 7.8% compared to November 2012 and decreased 4.4% sequentially. ADV in U.S. cash equities declined 12.6% year-over-year and decreased 5.2% month-over-month. European cash equities ADV in November 2013 increased 14.4% compared to November 2012, but decreased 3.3% from October 2013 levels.

|10:05 EDT||ICE||IntercontinentalExchange announces plans for interest rate futures|
IntercontinentalExchange and The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation announced plans to transition the clearing of interest rate futures listed on NYSE Liffe U.S. from New York Portfolio Clearing to ICE Clear Europe. NYPC's operations will be wound down and open interest transferred by 3Q14, subject to regulatory approval. ICE and DTCC are also in discussions regarding a new cross-margining solution. Lynn Martin, CEO of NYSE Liffe U.S. will serve as the CEO of NYPC through the transition and wind down period.

IntercontinentalExchange Group announced that the European Securities and Markets Authority, or ESMA, has approved ICE Trade Vault Europe Limited as a Trade Repository, or TR, for the reporting of swaps and futures trade data to meet requirements of the European Market Infrastructure Regulation, or EMIR. ICE Trade Vault Europe was approved to collect trade data in the commodities, credit, interest rate and equity derivatives asset classes, and joins ICE Trade Vault U.S. as well as planned ICE repository services in Asia and Australia. Unique to EMIR, European trade data reporting also will encompass exchange-traded derivatives.
