IntercontinentalExchange's (ICE) CEO Jeffrey Sprecher, Citadel CEO Kenneth Griffin and Invesco (IVZ) global trading head Kevin Cronin are planning to go before the U.S. Senate Banking Committee to discuss the lowering of so-called "access fees" in an effort to call for reforms, according to Reuters, citing a prepared testimony.
