InterActiveCorp (IACI) is set to announce it will acquire Tutor.com, an online service that matches students with educational professionals. The company did not disclose the terms of the deal, but a person with knowledge of the matter estimated that IAC had paid just under $40M for Tutor.com, says the New York Times. Reference Link

An IAC/InterActiveCorp spokesperson has confirmed that the company has settled a sexual harassment and discrimination suit filed by Tinder co-founder and former VP of marketing Whitney Wolfe, the Associated Press reports.
