Hyster-Yale Materials Handling announced that the board declared a one-time special cash dividend of $2.00 per share, and authorized a stock repurchase program for up to a total of $50M of shares of the company's Class A common stock. The dividend is payable on both the Class A and Class B Common Stock, and will be paid December 27 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 17. | |
