The FTC staff has recommended approval of Hertz Global's (HTZ) bid to buy Dollar Thrifty (DTG) and has sent its findings to the FTC's commissioners, according to a Bloomberg report, which cites sources. However, Hertz is being pressed to sell-off at least a dozen more airport locations than it previously agreed to, the report added. Reference Link
