Since December 2008, Healthcare Realty Trust Incorporated has had in place an at-the-market equity offering program to sell shares of its common stock from time to time in at-the-market sales transactions. The Company has not sold any shares under the ATM Program since July 31, 2011. As of June 29, 2012, the Company had approximately 78M shares outstanding and there were 2,791,300 shares available for issuance under the ATM Program | |
