United Airlines (UAL) announced a capacity purchase agreement for SkyWest Airlines, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SkyWest (SKYW), to operate 40 Embraer (ERJ) 175 aircraft under the United Express brand. SkyWest will purchase the 40 76-seat aircraft with deliveries in 2014 and 2015. These aircraft are in addition to 30 Embraer 175 aircraft that United previously announced it will purchase and which will be operated by a United Express carrier, also scheduled for delivery between 2014 and 2015.

Honeywell has won a three-year, $72.4M maintenance and training contract from the U.S. Army for Total Package Fielding Army Modernization Training to provide mission-capable vehicles and requisite training to safely operate and maintain heavy tactical vehicles. The award is a component of the ongoing support that Honeywell Technology Solutions has been providing to the Heavy Tactical Wheeled Vehicles Program for over 18 years. Heavy Tactical is part of the U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command Heavy Tactical Vehicles Program Manager under the TACOM Transportation Systems Program Executive Office.
