Jefferies says its analysis suggests Hologic's (HOLX) pending acquisition of Gen-Probe (GPRO) can drive significant earnings for the combined company. The firm believes the combined company could generate $2.68 in EPS including almost $1.00 in incremental earnings from the Gen-Probe deal by FY15. Jefferies finds shares of Hologic as exceedingly attractive at current levels and keeps a Buy rating on the name with a $24 price target. |
