Harvest Natural's (HNR) deal to sell its Petrodelta oil venture to Indonesia’s state-owned oil company, PT Pertamina, has not closed yet, Bloomberg reports, citing comments from Venezuela's Oil Minister Rafael Ramirez. Harvest still needs to finalize the reserves that belong to Venezuelan state that are included in the deal, Ramirez said, according to Bloomberg. | |
