Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) announced that its AMSEC LLC subsidiary has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Navy's Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command. The contract is in support of design, acquisition, production, integration, testing, installation and configuration management of certified C5ISR capabilities (command, control, communications, computers, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance), with a specific focus on submarine and surface ship new construction. AMSEC was one of several contractors awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that contains a one-year base period with four one-year option periods which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative ceiling value for all awardees to approximately $900M.

Huntington Ingalls announced that its AMSEC LLC subsidiary has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Navy to provide engineering and technical services in support of the Navy Modernization Program. AMSEC LLC was one of several contractors awarded a three-year indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract. The estimated ceiling amount of AMSEC's contract is $83M. Contract funds will be awarded on a competitive task order basis among the awardees.
