09:46 EDTHGGCaption says h.h. gregg presentation shown to management
Caption Partners, a beneficial owner of more than 1% of h.h. gregg's outstanding shares, said earlier today that it released a presentation entitled "h.h. gregg: sizing up the Sears opportunity," on its website. Caption says the presentation "outlines a massive opportunity for h.h. gregg to capitalize on robust U.S. appliance industry growth at a time when Sears is losing market share. Caption believes the Company should consider three actions to maximize shareholder value: resume strategic unit growth, increase the pace of share repurchases, and optimize its capital structure by utilizing the Company’s low-cost asset-backed loan facility." The presentation was delivered to h.h. gregg's board on February 3 and was presented to management at h.h. gregg’s headquarters on February 11, Caption stated.
