Holly Energy Partners (HEP) announced the board's appointment of Doug Aron as the executive VP and CFO of Holly Logistics Services effective November 1. Aron currently serves as executive VP and CFO of HollyFrontier Corporation (HFC). Prior to the HollyFrontier merger, Aron served as the Executive VP and CFO at Frontier Oil since 2009. Holly Energy Partners also announced that its board appointed Bruce Shaw to the position of President of HLS, effective November 1. HLS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HollyFrontier Corporation and the general partner of Holly Energy. Matthew Clifton, HLS's current President, will continue to serve as the chairman of the board and CEO. Shaw has served as senior VP and CFO of HLS since December 2011 and will serve in that position until November 1. | |
