| Hanmi announced that Hanmi and the Bank have entered into a Written Agreement with the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, effective as of November 2. In addition, the board of the Bank has consented to the issuance of a Final Order by the California Department of Financial Institutions, effective as of November 2.
