Gold Reserve advises its shareholders that on March 8 the company was notified by the NYSE-MKT that its appeal with an independent panel relating to the continued listing of the company's shares on the exchange has been denied. The exchange expects to suspend trading of the company's shares and file an application with the SEC to delist the company's shares from the exchange "as soon as is practicable," but has not given the company any particular dates for those actions. The company shares will continue to trade on the TSX.V and the company expects the shares to trade on the OTCBB after delisting from the NYSE-MKT. |
