Google (GOOG) avoided about $2B in worldwide income taxes in 2011 by shifting $9.8 in revenues into a Bermuda shell company, nearly double the total from three years before, reports Bloomberg. The increase in Google’s revenues routed to Bermuda was disclosed in a November 21 filing by a subsidiary in the Netherlands.Reference Link |
