Samsung is rumored to be developing a cheaper version of its Galaxy Note phone/tablet hybrid device, according to Sammobile, which cited rumors reported by an unnamed "insider." The Korean computer giant is also rumored to be developing a fourth iteration of its Galaxy cell phone, which is slated to be unveiled in April, the website added.
