Gentex announced that its Board Of Directors approved an 8% increase in its quarterly cash dividend rate from 13c to 14c per share. The Board subsequently declared a quarterly cash dividend of 14c per share that will be payable April 19 to shareholders of record of the common stock at the close of business on April 5, 2013. The dividend yield will be approximately 2.7%. | |
