BGI-Shenzhen and Complete Genomics announced that they have obtained approval from the State Administration of Foreign Exchange of the People's Republic of China regarding BGI's proposed acquisition of Complete pursuant to the previously announced Agreement and Plan of Merger. Accordingly, all relevant regulatory approvals in connection with the proposed acquisition have been received. BGI's financial advisor is Citi, and its legal counsel is O'Melveny & Myers LLP. Complete's financial adviser is Jefferies & Company, and its legal counsel is Latham & Watkins LLP. | |
