| theflyonthewall.com: | General Moly amends employment agreements with CEO, CFO | | General Moly entered into amended and restated employment agreements with CEO Bruce Hansen and CFO David Chaput, which are effective as of January 1, 2012. Pursuant to the employment agreements, Hansen will continue to serve as the company’s CEO and Chaput will continue to serve as its CFO. The Employment Agreements will terminate on the earlier of (i) one year following the commencement of commercial production at the Mt. Hope project or (ii) December 31, 2015. :theflyonthewall.com |
